We believe in God: The Father, The Son Jesus Christ, and Holy Spirit. We believe God is the creator of the universe. He is Holy, Omnipotent, Omnicient, and Omnipresent. He is the one and only true and living God. (Psalm 145:3, Isaiah 40:28)
We believe that the Bible from Genesis to Revelation is the Word of God. The Word is divinely inspired revelation from God to and through man. We believe that the Bible is historically and prophetically accurate. We believe that all scripture is “God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness.” (2 Timothy 3:16). Through the Bible, the Word of God, we are instructed in righteousness and truth.
Jesus Christ is the Word of God made flesh (John 1:14). Jesus came to make a way for man to be reconciled to God. He is the way the truth and the life (John 14:6). Salvation is found only in Jesus Christ for there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).No man can come to the Father God except by Christ Jesus. (John 14:6)
We believe that all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Consequently, he is able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through him, since he always lives to make intercession for them(Heb 7:25). We believe “if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.” – (1 John 1:9) We believe God is patient; full of compassion, and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in mercy and truth not wanting any to perish but everyone to come to repentance. (Psalm 86:15, 2 Peter 3:9)
We believe that each believer in Jesus Christ is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19). We believe we all have been baptized by one Spirit into one body (1Corinthians 12:13) and recognize the value and equality of each member of the body of Christ. We are all one in Christ Jesus (Galatians 3:28). We believe in the local church as an organ of the body of Christ and encourage believers to come together in the unity of faith (Eph 4:13) uniting all denominational, economic, and ethnic diversities to serve the Lord faithfully. We believe that every believer and every local congregation is part of the whole body. Being fitted and held together through the power of the Spirit, according to the proper working of each individual, resulting in the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love (Eph 4:16, 1 Corinthians 12:4).
We understand there is an AntiChrist person and spirit in the earth. Jesus says, "He that is not with me is against me: and he that gathereth not with me scattereth (Luke 11:23). Every one will choose to be with Christ or to be anti-christ. We know according to the Word of God false Christs, false prophets, and false teachers shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect (Mark 13:22). It is our obligation to test the spirit to ensure that it is of God (1John 4:1) and preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with great patience and instruction (1 Tim 4:5). We believe it is the Holy Spirit who will guide us into all truth (John 16:13).
We believe that our citizenship is in heaven and we eagerly await our Savior the Lord Jesus Christ, who, by the power that enables Him to bring everything under His control, will transform our lowly bodies so they will be like His glorious body (Philippians 3:21). And so shall we forever be with the Lord (1 Thessalonians 4:17). Until then, we believe we are to strive to live holy and Godly lives as we look forward to the day of God (2 Peter 3:11,12).
